Hokulia Life Magazine
In lieu of a brochure, the Lyle Anderson Company wanted to create an annual lifestyle magazine to promote their property on the big island of Hawaii, Hokulia. This was supposed to be the inaugural issue, but it turned out to be the only issue. But it exceeded the client's expectations and was considered a tremendous success.
